Before submitting your paperwork, double check the date of the course, the course code, component parts and grades (P/F/A). Don't forget to sign the course record by typing your name in the appropriate section. If you are submitting your paperwork by email please include you ID number in the proper place.
Submit the completed paperwork by sending as email attachments to ccannon@catawbavalleyarc.org. Please indicate where certificates should be sent.
